Happy 40th Anniversary!

40 years ago today, we were

married.   Where has the time gone!

Our drive home from Medora we did

some reminiscing...

And since our weather, when we got home

was still very hot, we cruised to town and visited

the church we were married in.

The church is the only building that

is the same with many changes inside.

The Red Lantern building no longer

houses a restaurant, this is where the

Groom's Supper was at.

The Bowling Alley/bar building no longer exists.

The Harbor (bar) sits empty.

Our supper was at the Community Center and

that is now a large bed and breakfast.

The Dance was at the Torchlight, that

business closed right after our wedding.

The building is still there housing

several different businesses over

the years.

Changes...

We were youngsters in love, we

raised our family and now enjoy

our extended families and those

grandbabies.

So many blessings and memories

over the years!

I am thankful we have each other

as we continue along this path.
